Two years ago I turned down five accounts because I couldn't answer a question about my own operation. Today I have room for five, and I can say so as a number. Same seven people.
About Me
I've been on both sides of the SEO agency problem.
I founded and ran W3whiz for 9 years, building an SEO agency from the ground up, managing teams, and serving clients across competitive niches. I know where the cracks appear when an agency tries to grow without fixing its operations first. At its peak the team was nine people. Today seven of us deliver 37 client accounts across four white label partner agencies.
Then I spent 2+ years at Search Atlas, first as Subject Matter Expert and then as a Product Manager, managing a team of 5 engineers to build the internal tools that 7-figure SEO agencies needed to scale without adding headcount. Two of the products were Report Builder and GSC Performance, which contains many different modules.
Working inside that platform showed me how many agencies run their operations. The same four walls kept coming up: a capacity ceiling, a margin squeeze as headcount grew faster than revenue, inconsistent quality between accounts, and no real visibility into where delivery was leaking.
Two years ago a white label partner approached my agency with five accounts, and we said no, because I could not say whether the operation could take more. The constraint turned out to be quality standards that lived inside two people's heads, and the same seven people now handle 37 accounts. The full account is on LinkedIn.
That's why agencies come to me with two different problems. Some want help fixing what's broken inside their own operations, so they can run it themselves going forward. Others don't want to fix it themselves at all: they just want the SEO and AI-visibility work off their plate, done right, under their own brand. I do both.
Book 20 MinutesWhat I Do
One identity, two ways to work with me.
For agencies who want to fix it themselves.
I map your operations end to end (reporting, fulfillment, client communication, internal handoffs), then your reviewers log every change they request for three weeks. Sorting each one into a rule violation or a judgment call shows whether you have a capacity problem or undefined standards.
I define what needs to be automated, in what order, and what it should do. You get a build plan in priority order that your engineers can start from.
I stay until it ships. The approach I use is a written specification per deliverable type, with checks built into each producer workflow so work cannot reach review until it passes. Depending on the agency, that means directing your team through the build, advising while your people do the work, or pointing you to the right platform. Either way I make sure the right solution gets implemented, not just recommended.
Once it's built, I train your team to run it themselves. You're not stuck calling me every time something needs adjusting.
I check back in every quarter to make sure the new process actually stuck, not quietly drifted back to the old habits.
For agencies who'd rather it wasn't their problem. It's my in-house team, not a black box of subcontractors: I manage delivery directly.
Crawl issues, indexation, site speed, structured data, migrations: the technical layer most agencies don't have the bandwidth to own properly.
Briefs through published, on page optimized. Content your team doesn't have to write, edit, or chase writers for.
Visibility inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews: the newest layer of search, and in my experience one many agencies aren't set up for yet.
Local pack rankings, citations, and Google Business Profile management for every location a client operates in.
Client-facing dashboards you can hand straight to your own client, branded as your work, not mine.
