White Label SEO Audit for Agencies
A branded SEO audit covering technical health, content, links and measurement, with prioritized findings your team can act on or hand to a client.
Book 20 MinutesBring a client or prospect site and we will scope the audit.
An SEO audit is a structured review of why a site does or does not rank and earn organic traffic, ending in a prioritized list of fixes. I deliver the SEO audit white label. The report carries your brand, and you present it to a client or prospect as your own work.
It is written for agency owners who need audits on demand: to win a prospect, to reset a struggling retainer, or to start a new client properly. Findings come with evidence attached. The audit is one of three, next to the AEO audit and the GEO audit, and the audits overview compares them.
What the SEO audit covers
Rankings depend on four areas at once, and a weakness in one can cancel strength in another. A site with excellent content and poor crawlability reads very differently from one with clean architecture and thin pages, and the order of work changes with it.
- Technical. Crawlability and indexation, architecture, internal linking, speed and rendering, mobile, redirects, canonicals, duplicate content, structured data.
- Content. Match to search intent, thin or outdated pages, overlapping pages that compete with each other, missing topics.
- Links. Strength and relevance of the backlink profile, risky links, and authority against the competitors that rank.
- Measurement. Whether analytics, search console and conversion tracking are set up so progress can be proven later.
How the audit runs for an agency
You send the site, the client's goals and the competitors that matter. I run the review and return the report under your branding. My name stays off it unless you choose to introduce me.
Every finding names the page or pattern it applies to. Your team can check any item before it reaches the client, and a developer can pick up the technical items without asking what was meant. If you want to talk through the findings before presenting them, I am available for that.
Most audits start with a short scoping exchange. I ask which pages drive revenue, which competitors the client actually loses to, and whether any past migration or penalty might explain what the crawl shows. Those answers decide where the review goes deepest.
What the report contains
Issues are ranked by how much they are likely to matter, each with its evidence and a recommended fix. Quick wins sit apart from larger projects, so a client sees what to do first.
It contains no invented examples and no guaranteed outcomes. The audit shows what is wrong and what to fix. Whether the fixes move rankings depends on competition, the site's history and the quality of execution, and the report says so.
Each recommendation states the change to make, the page or template affected and why it matters, so it can go straight into a ticket.
Using the audit to win a prospect
A prospect audit gives the sales conversation something concrete: specific problems on the prospect's own site, ranked, with a path to fixing them. It works when it finds real issues instead of padding the list, which is how I write it. If the site is in good shape, the report says that, and an honest audit protects your credibility.
From findings to delivery
The prioritized list can become the first quarter of a white label SEO engagement run by my in-house team under your brand. Or your own people can take the fixes. The post on white label SEO versus an in-house team helps you decide which suits the agency.
The summary page at the front is written for the client's decision maker, with the detail behind it for whoever implements.

FAQ
What is a white label SEO audit?
A white label SEO audit is a full review of a site's technical health, content, links and measurement setup, produced by me and delivered under your agency's brand. You present it to your client or prospect as your own report, with prioritized findings and recommended fixes.
Who is the SEO audit for?
Agency owners who need audits for existing clients, for prospects during the sales process, or to start a new engagement properly. It suits agencies without a dedicated audit resource, or with a team too busy to produce audits at the quality a client expects, and agencies that want an independent second view on a long-running account.
How long does an SEO audit take?
That depends on the size of the site, how complex its setup is and how many competitors are in scope. A small brochure site is quicker than a large e-commerce or multi-location site. I confirm timing once I understand the scope, so you can plan the client conversation.
How does the SEO audit differ from the AEO and GEO audits?
The SEO audit focuses on rankings and organic traffic in classic search. The AEO audit tests whether a brand is cited in AI answers, and the GEO audit analyzes how language models represent the brand. A site can pass the SEO audit and still be absent from AI answers.
