White Label SEO Reseller

White Label SEO Reseller for Agencies

Put SEO on your own price list, keep the client relationship, the invoice and the margin, and let my in-house team deliver the work under your brand.

Book 20 Minutes

See whether reselling SEO fits the way your agency sells.

A white label SEO reseller sells SEO under its own name and hands the production to a partner. You set the price, you hold the contract, and your client never meets the partner. This page covers how that works when the partner is me, where your margin sits, and which jobs stay yours.

The delivery side has its own page, the white label SEO fulfillment overview. This one is for the person deciding whether SEO belongs on their price list, and it sits inside the wider white label service family.

White label SEO reseller mechanics: you sell, I deliver

You bring a client, or a scope you have already talked through with them. I look at the site, quote what delivery takes, and you decide the resale price. Once you sign off, work starts under your brand and reports come back ready to forward.

You can begin with a single client. There is no minimum count and no long-term contract to try it.

Where the margin comes from

Your margin is the resale price minus my quote for the scope. What reselling changes is the shape of your costs. Delivery staff, tooling and management time stop being a fixed bill and become a cost that arrives with each signed client, so a slow month does not leave a bench idle on your payroll.

Margin leaks when you sell beyond the quoted scope or absorb revisions nobody priced. A client promised rankings by a fixed date is a third leak, and the most expensive one. Write the scope into your own client agreement before delivery starts.

I quote per engagement and publish no price list. Here is why, and what to bring to a call instead.

Before you set the resale price, decide how much account management time each client will take on your side. That time is a cost too, and resellers often leave it out of the calculation.

Your client stays your client

The client contracts with you, pays you and hears from you. Reports, messages and any client-facing material carry your name.

When something breaks, such as a ranking drop or an indexation problem, you bring it to me directly. It does not wait in a ticket queue behind other accounts. I give you the explanation; you give it to your client in your own voice.

Some resellers ask whether I will join client calls. That is your decision. If a technical question needs me in the room, you can bring me in for that call as part of your team, and I step back out afterwards. Plenty of agencies never use this option, and the client relationship stays where it started.

Jobs a reseller keeps

Reselling removes the production work. The account management stays with you, and a reseller who vanishes after the sale loses the client no matter who does the SEO.

  • Run the sales and scoping conversation, including how long SEO takes to show movement.
  • Collect site, analytics and CMS access from your client.
  • Approve content and technical changes quickly.
  • Walk the client through each report and lead the renewal discussion.
  • Tell me when the client's priorities shift.

What can go wrong when you resell SEO?

Dependency is the first risk. Your client's results rest on a team you do not employ. Many reseller programs assign each project to a subcontractor from a bench, and quality swings with whoever is free. My team is in-house and I manage it myself, so one person answers for what your client sees.

The rest of the risk sits on your side: overpromising, selling outside the scope, and slow client access. Link building and digital PR are outside the standard scope. If a client needs them, raise it with me early. If you are weighing a hire instead, the white label SEO vs in-house team comparison lays out the trade-offs, and a fractional SEO consultant fits when you need guidance but not delivery.

FAQ

Do I need SEO experience to resell SEO?

Most agencies that resell SEO through me have no in-house SEO team. You need to run the sales conversation and manage the client. I handle delivery and give you plain-language material, so you can explain the work and the reports to your client with confidence.

Can I set my own resale price?

Yes. You decide what your client pays, and I quote what delivery costs for the scope. The difference is your margin. Confirm the scope with me before you put a number into a client agreement, so the price you promise matches the work you have asked for.

Will my client know I am reselling?

Reports, messages and client-facing material ship under your brand, and your client contracts with you. I stay in the background unless you choose to bring me into a client conversation. Delivery comes from my in-house team, not a subcontractor bench.

How is reselling through me different from a typical reseller program?

Many programs route each project to a subcontractor chosen from a bench. My delivery team is in-house and I manage it directly, so one person is accountable for what your client sees. That is a difference in accountability, not a claim to be better at SEO.
